Responsible for recruiting and training, teaching, and instructing all aspects of a college level golf program.
Available on weekends and evenings in order to recruit student – athletes. Knowledge and understanding of all eligibility and recruiting rules in the NAIA, Sun Conference and admission standards of USCB. Help maintain accountability for Women’s Golf scholarship limitations. Manages all recruiting efforts for the program and determines all scholarship offers.
Coordinates all aspects of team travel including but not limited to: transportation, hotel reservations, meal money coordination, completion of travel authorizations and reimbursement and reconciliation of all team trips.
Oversees all aspects of academic enhancement and stay current on academic progress of Women’s Golf athletes. Assist with student housing and admission issues and coordination of efforts with on-campus student services.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified And Unclassified Positions)
Bachelor’s Degree and/or PGA Class “A” Membership required. Three years minimum experience coaching or playing at a collegiate level golf program.
A history with a strong emphasis on golf instruction is preferred.
